Located in the Village and only a very short walk to the Pier, Beach, Lighthouse, Famous Restaurants, Shopping, and the NEW Fun Zone with Pool, Playground and Miniature Golf. Come enjoy this large eclectic beach house. The expansive living and dining areas are perfect for family gatherings of up to 14 people, yet it is still cozy enough for a smaller group. The VERY large pool, outdoor shower and spacious patio area is 'the spot' for fun in the sun, grilling and entertaining! There is a large screened porch off of one of the upstairs bedrooms that is perfect for quiet time, relaxing with your favorite book or enjoying afternoon cocktails. The well equipped kitchen offers all of your needs and more! The bright sunroom is comfortably arranged for smaller groups, watching TV or playing games. The huge living area is a perfect spot to watch the game or just relax on the comfortable couches.

Bedding: 3-King, 3-Queens,, 2 Twins, 1-sleeper sofa

One block from the tidal beach with private pool. All vacation rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owners preferences. All vacation rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, DVD players and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change without notice. No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events. Limited Parking spaces. This property allows pets with a nonrefundable pet fee. The beach located within walking distance from this property is tide contingent. There is beach at low tide.

  We had more comfortable space than we have ever had in a vacation rental!!! So many King size beds and lots of bathrooms. The pool was huge and spectacular! The family room was spectacular!
  
  Such a short walk to the beach and a short drive to East Beach when the tides were high.

  Close to grocery stores and a short walk to “Downtown Dining” and Shopping.

  We have been renting this property for at least 15 years and put in a request for 2024. That should say something! We noticed the improvements. New fencing, landscaping,pool patio,side entrance, etc. We had a plumbing problem that was taken care of quickly. I would recommend this property for a large family or gathering, just don't try to get our week!😎

  First the gift bag was a great idea. After a 6 hour drive the snacks were gobbled up quickly. New ceiling fans really brightened the entire house, especially the great room. New paint helped also. The house was very clean when we arrived as was the pool.We encountered no problems during out stay even when the pool filtering system was replaced. Looking forward to return visits.   Husband has Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer so we needed the perfect house for our family to come together for a memorable vacation (9 adults/5 children/1 dog). Well, God allowed us to find the perfect house! Kids were all upstairs so husband got the needed rest. Layout was perfect! Kids played in sunroom while husband rested in living room at times and nobody could hear the kids in the other room. I'd have to say the pool was the highlight! Everyone enjoyed time together around the large pool. Very quiet neighborhood close to the Village. Loved walking to nearest beach access which was very close just to get a beautiful view of the ocean! Can't say enough about perfect this place was for our family! Also, the people at Georgia Coast Realty went out of their way to accommodate our family. Wonderful experience all the way around! I'd recommend this home to anyone with a large family who loves a large pool, a quiet environment, and a place very close to the Village! Again, our time enjoyed with our family at this home was PRICELESS and for that we are very thankful!

  The house was spacious with loads of character. The pool was a wonderful retreat and larger than anticipated. There were plenty of places to sit and relax. The furniture is of high quality but fairly dated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The upstairs shower/baths did not drain very well, and the kitchen faucet leaked. The faucet needs to be replaced with one that is taller. One disappointment is that the house is not able to charge an electric car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

  My inlaws grew up on the island so we love coming back here. This was a home owned by a childhood friend of my wife and she had many memories staying here. The home is eclectic and interesting, with many indications of it's history. From the lamps and furniture to the wood paneling and wood floors (that came from the Brunswick ports) this house has a ton of character. The large pool in the back yard and the proximity to the pier area were also plusses. We would come back to this location in a minute.

  The upstairs A/C went out in the morning and was repaired by the late afternoon on the same day. That was great! We have been staying in the same location for at least eight years. That should say something! We previously stayed at the Beach Club and enjoyed it there but as the family grew we needed more room. This has worked for us.
