Three of the five bedrooms compete as Master Suites with separate tub and shower and double vanities. The two additional guest rooms have en suite baths. Two amazing porches with ocean views (one shade and one sun porch), pool with sun platform. Two laundry rooms and so much more! Free Wifi. No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events. There is not an operable elevator and the pool and adjacent spa are not heated at this property.

  This home is simply lovely with a great floor plan and high end amenities. We loved the neighborhood location, the view of the tides, the accessiblity to fishing off the rocks and walking to the beach. It was lovely to sit on the deck or by the pool. We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the summer kitchen and pool.

  We had the best time celebrating family and birthdays for two weeks at this amazing house. There is plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen on the pool level is great for night grilling with a group. We had a few minor things upon arrival that Ga Coast responded to quickly. The bath towels, pillows and kitchen supplies (dishtowels, serving pieces, storage) can use an upgrade especially for a house this spectacular. We had a great time! Thank you!

  The home was beautiful with breath taking views and nicely decorated! We were disappointed that the Spa/Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Maintenance man came out and said he wasn’t sure what was going on but would have someone come out and take a look. Also, the pool guy came by to clean the pool and he stated something was wrong with the system and would have his manager come out but knowone came... We left a message with the realtor company but know one returned our phone call. You may want to either advise people of the situation before renting the home for $1,000.00 a night! Also, a little more detail to the weeds growing threw the pool deck and time to pressure clean the front steps leading up to the house and replace weather stripping on downstairs sliders.

Apparently it went out the week before and no one notified us. Not sure who you left a message with but I personally spoke to someone in your party and sent a maintenance person out immediately on Saturday night.   Beautiful property! Spacious! Pool was great right on water. View was exquisite, rental company easy to work with. Be sure and take the Saint Simons Colonial trolley tour (only one with air conditioning). Many great places to eat! We just enjoyed the house so much we lounges by the pool and stayed around there most of the time! Relaxation!
