Location, location, location is for the lucky guest who gets to enjoy this well maintained, 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage located only 3 blocks from the resort and 2 blocks from the beach. Cottage 329 has a large cathedral ceiling living area that adjoins the dining room and kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings. There is a small sitting area off of the main living areas that is is ideal for curling up with a beach novel. The nicely landscaped front and back yard offers an excellent place for children to play. Free wifi. *No pets, No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events. This property does not provide access to the Sea Island amenities.

  Home is very clean and as advertised--a bit outdated but that is not a problem since we spent most of our time at the beach. Some doors and the trash compactor need TLC. Plenty of dishes and glasses for our group. Georgia Coast Realty a pleasure to work with. Will rent again!

  This was a wonderfully classic Sea Island home that reminded my husband and I of the homes we vacationed at growing up. It was within great proximity to the beach which was convenient for our small children. We didn't miss anything by not having beach club access.   Great house for the price! Great yards and interesting layout. Perfect location for easy access to the Cloister and amenities. Easy to pick up/return key. No Beach Club access allowed, though, even for a fee.
