Our unit is an exceptional two bedroom, two bath unit with coastal décor all on one level that sleeps up to six.

Master bedroom includes king size bed and a large master bath with separate garden tub and tile shower. Second bedroom includes twin beds, and is adjacent to the second bathroom. (Both bathrooms updated May 2011!) Queen sleeper sofa in living room. LCD flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. High Speed wireless internet access throughout unit. Ocean view from the balcony.

The Beach Club, the largest oceanfront condominium complex on St. Simons, is newly renovated. The resort includes two hot tubs, oceanfront pool, kid’s pool, tennis court, fitness center, game room, business center, attractive landscaping, grills, bicycle rentals on site, plus chair, umbrella and sailboat rentals on the beach.

The Beach Club is walking distance to the village, the light house and the best restaurants on St. Simons. 24/7 Security plus gated entry at all access points.

  My wife found Georgia Coast Realty from a friend who had used them. Because of a health issue we had to cancel our original week. We had bought cancellation insurance, but did not have to use it when Georgia Coast Realty was able to offer us the very same unit two weeks later. The insurance company simply offered the same coverage with no additional expense for the later time. Because of my handicap, Georgia Coastal suggested we contact Coastal Concierge () who could unpack our car. They did a great job on both the front end and when leaving.
  
  We found the Beach Club to be exactly as described. The condo was larger than the normal ones that we have rented in other places. It contained all of the amenities you would expect. The kitchen was large enough to adequately handle our needs. The king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was plenty big with more counter space that we usually have. We were very pleased with the rental experience.

  The condo was a good size. We had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked! We cooked/ate in most meals, so it was nice to have what we needed. We did have to call maintenance twice, but they did accommodate our requests quickly {More than half of the lamps did not have light bulbs. This proved to be problematic when returning at night with neither of the bedrooms having overhead lighting. Kitchen only had one light working as well, but maintenance did come out and fix those problems!} A little dust on the furniture and in the corners of the floor, but otherwise it was pretty clean. The only real issue we had regarding cleanliness was one of the twin bed's linens had not been changed and there was sand in the sheets, so we had to wash them before going to bed the first night. Great location. Quick walk to the beach. Pool was great. Good view of the beach from the balcony. Having bikes on site to rent was great! Fun town. Would definitely recommend to friends.

  We had a delightful time. The condo was clean and well appointed with all that we needed except groceries. The view of the beach was decent.
