478 King and Prince - North

St. Simons Island is a quaint village on the Atlantic Ocean that boasts huge live oaks dripping with Spanish moss, marshland views and nature at its best. This historic place has excellent restaurants and wonderful shops as well as bicycle trails, golf courses and tennis courts. The beach itself is very wide, ideal for walking, biking, flying kites, playing games or just relaxing. The famous King and Prince Resort was voted "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" by the readers of Southern Living. You can affordably stay at this resort in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condominium which is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The balcony features wonderful views and ocean breezes. The condominium complex offers a private pool, hot tub, gas grills and secure, gated parking. The unit has its own assigned covered parking space. Our guests can walk to the village and the pier on the beach or back roads. Some of the best restaurants on the island and bike rental are located just a couple of blocks from the unit. You will have access to all of the King & Prince Resort amenities including pools and jacuzzi, outdoor gas grills, the Echo Dining Room in the lobby of the King & Prince Hotel, fitness room, tennis courts, business center, and access to Hampton Golf Course.
No pets, No smoking.

All vacation rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owners preferences. All vacation rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, DVD players and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change without notice.

No pets, No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events.

~The cleaning fee is $150.00

  Love this place - always a great experience. Great view of the water. The only minor problem is it is over the pool and sometimes hot tub users can be loud. Place is well furnished and has all the kitchen amenities. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable and for the money this place is asking they should be next level of comfort and owner should not skimp on that.

  We had a wonderful time in SSI!! The unit is spacious, right on the water, within walking distance to several great restaurants, grocery is 5 miles away and the cute downtown is 1 mile. The deck overlooking the pool is large. Overall the furniture is comfy! The appliances and bathrooms are outdated but did not negatively impact our stay. We’ll be back!!

  They were wonderful to deal with, and the property was wonderful. VRBO reviewers complained about it needing to be updated, but honestly, it's clean and in good working order and I didn't stay there for the decor. The 'only' downside to this location is it's above the pool where a lot of teenagers hang out. Very noisy late at night. I'd recommend the resort pool if you want peace.

  Perfect property for our son’s golf tournament. The check in process was easy and convenient. Parking safe, gated and dedicated to the address. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great kitchen space and storage available. Stacked laundry machines new and is always a plus. Location is great. Facilities of the resort from the multiple pools, restaurant and bar very good. The beach is off the front of the resort and is fantastic. This was the perfect stay for what we needed. We definitely be back.

  We stayed at the King and Prince Resort that we booked through VRBO. The condo was very clean and had a view of the pool and ocean. The property was managed by Georgia Coast Realty. We did have a problem with the TV and internet upon arrival but Sarah B with Georgia Coast Realty did an excellent job of resolving the issues quickly. We enjoyed not only the pools and beach but the bike rides as well. Saint Simons is an excellent place to safely ride bikes and enjoy the island. We will definitely be back
