Villa 183 is on the ground floor of the North Villa complex, directly adjacent to St. Simons Island’s award-winning historic King & Prince Beach and Golf Resort. Enjoy one of the best views of the beach from the comfort of the living room or the master bedroom. From there, you can step out onto your own private patio to enjoy the ocean breezes and direct access to the private lawn that separates the Villas from the beach and dunes.
The private pool, jacuzzi and gas grills serving the North Villas are just a few steps from the front door. From there, you’ll have easy access to the beach (we even provide beach chairs!), or can be at the hotel bar, excellent restaurant or pools in less than 2 minutes. Our guests have access to all the amenities of the resort including the hotel pools, bar, restaurant, fitness room, business center, tennis courts, room service and more. Some of the island’s favorite restaurants and a bike rental shop are just a short walk away.
Villa 183 is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything you’ll need to enjoy your vacation. Upgrades in 2019 include fresh paint, new furnishings in the living room by mid-summer, and more. The master bedroom is oceanfront, features a king-sized bed, tv, his/her vanities in the private bathroom, and plenty of closet and drawer space for your stay. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, tv, one bathroom, and plenty of closet and drawer space as well. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided and housekeeping will have everything ready for your arrival.
The great room which includes the living room/dining area is bright and sunny, offering exceptional views of the beach, comfortable furnishings for relaxing inside, and a smart tv. The dining area seats 4. The kitchen overlooks the great room and was recently remodeled. If you like to cook, you’ll find it well stocked with spices, and just about every pot, pan or appliance you may need.
Villa 183 has secure, gated parking, and is the closest to where you will unload and load your car. The unit has its own assigned covered parking space. Our guests can walk and bike to the village and the pier either on the beach or back roads. A car isn’t necessary, but if you bring one, you’ll find that Villa 183 offers unsurpassed convenience.
